Ok so Im sure many of us have heard the question. Why are their retarded people today if we have a benevolent God. Well once Adam and Eve sinned, they changed everything, and eventually they ended up having children. Their children had children. Some people have made the observation, someone had to have sex with their sister. This happened again on Noah's Ark. Today, we know that there are risks involved in incest. So that is how we have retarded people, and other disorders.

hmmm a definate possibility. Anything like this is really all up to theory and speculation.

My opinion:
When man fell, he lost his essence of perfection. He became a living breathing flaw, so to speak. After many generations an imperfect DNA has mutated with each individual. some of these mutations cause a person to become "retarded" are have some other kind of handicap.
